Position Description:
Oversee daily practice and weekly competition schedules for both girls and boy cross country athletes. Provide bus supervision for all out-of-town competitions, and locker room supervision throughout the season. Build quality relationships with junior high school youth and maintain cooperative partnerships with paid and volunteer coaches. Build a strong communication network with program staff, parents, and community. Provide inventory management of all supplies, equipment, and uniforms and report competition scores to the KIDS FIRST/OMS Activities Coordinator. All practices commence immediately following dismissal of the student academic day.
Position Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Two or four-year degree in an education related field preferred. Cross Country coaching experience and knowledge, specifically skill development. Excellent inter/intra-personal skills. Strong technology skills beneficial. Consistent and reliable attendance.

Pay Rate:
Head Coach – $1,475 per season – one position available
