Job Summary
The K-12 MTSS Director is responsible for leading the processes of identifying students for literacy, math, and behavioral/social-emotional interventions. They will ensure that identified students receive evidence-based interventions, lead staff in progress monitoring (including data collection and data analysis), and lead the process of adjusting interventions based on progress monitoring data. As a part of the progress monitoring work, the MTSS Director will manage the ongoing implementation of the BARR Center (Building Assets, Reducing Risks) partnership. This role will also support Americorps partnerships that provide interventions for K-12 students (ReadingCorps, MathCorps, LanguageCorps, and Promise Fellows) This role will directly manage a team of literacy and math interventionists across grades K-12. This role requires frequent, effective collaboration with all K-12 staff, the campus-based leadership team, and network academic program and student services teams.
