Job Summary: The position is for 2024-2025 Junior High Track and Field Coach for the Hill City/Northland Community Schools – Hill City/Remer, MN includes selection, instruction, training and coordination of high school athletes; to demonstrate and generate an attitude of good sportsmanship and fair play; to know and administer the policies, procedures, and guidelines set forth in the athletic policy manual and MSHSL policies for high school athletics; to provide for the health, safety and well being of team members, and to perform other assignments and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications: Knowledgeable in the sport of Track and Field and in coaching; ability to work harmoniously with other coaches; ability to demonstrate and explain the sport to students.
