Effective 2025 Spring Season
Description:
- Responsible for various day to day leadership duties for the Junior High Baseball Team
- Responsible for various tasks on day of practice and events
- Work with the Head Coach to coordinate practice schedules
- Focus on promoting leadership and Albert Lea activity department core values in the program and to community
- Dedication to a culture and vision that promotes furthering the benefits of co-curricular activities
- Ability to motivate athletes in an educationally based atmosphere
- Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience in skill development, communication techniques and conflict resolution
- Focus on promoting leadership in the program and community
- Partnership with youth association and junior high program to develop proper skill development
- Previous high school coaching experience preferred
- Adheres to MSHSL and Albert Lea School District expectations
