Instructional Assistant Early Childhood (5 -12.5 Hours/ week)

Rate of Pay: Instructional Assistant $21.52 per hour per  Paraeducator Agreement

Start Date:  January 23, 2025

Closing Date: January 10, 2025

Work Week: (shifts available)
Early Childhood Family Education- 10 hours/week:
Tuesday, 8:30-11:00 AM at Normandy Park
Wednesday, 8:30-11:00 AM at Normandy Park
Thursday, 8:30-11:00 AM at Normandy Park
Friday, 8:30-11:00 AM at Oneka Elementary

Student Level- ECFE: Birth-3 years old

Position Summary:
Performs intermediate human support work providing classroom support for children in the early childhood program, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Early Childhood Education Supervisor and Lead Teacher.

Education and /or Experience:  
High school diploma or GED and minimal experience working with students birth to age 5.

Special Requirements:
Must hold an AA/AS degree, completed 60 semester credits, approved competency portfolio or pass the MN Parapro exam.
