Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator, Full Time – Benson Public Schools
Benson Public Schools is seeking an experienced and energetic person for a full time Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator.
Some of the key responsibilities for the position:
- Recruiting and hiring new employees
- Onboarding new employees and conducting orientation sessions
- Administering employee benefits and managing employee records
- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations
- Preparing and processing payroll for over 300 employees
- Resolving payroll-related issues and answering employee questions regarding compensation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee data and records
- Analyze data, policies, and procedures and make recommendations on strategies for improvement
- Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and procedures to support the organizations goals and objectives
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues
The successful candidate will have experience in HR work developing efficient and effective processes, along with payroll experience. The candidate will also have strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and impeccable ethics and integrity.
