Job Title:  Human Resources Generalist

Job Summary:  To perform operational and technical human resources tasks to include, but not necessarily limited to: recruitment, staffing and new employee orientation; assisting employees and public with personnel information; maintaining employee personnel records; administering employee benefit elections and leaves; interpreting and applying the terms and conditions of employee contracts as well as HR policies and procedures.

FTE/Hours per Day:  8.0 hours per day, 48 weeks per year.  

Qualifications:  

  • Associates Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, or a closely-related field.
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Two or more years experience in applicable areas of human resources.
  • Experience in a school district setting is preferred.

Salary/Wage Information:   As per the Coordinators, Supervisors, Specialists Terms and Conditions (C41) $66,894 is the starting salary.  A generous insurance plan is including medical, dental, vision, life and LTD insurance.
