Job Description:
Parnassus Preparatory School is seeking a full-time (1.00 FTE) history teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Start date August 2024.
Qualifications:
Experience teaching history or social studies preferred.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Ability to obtain MN teaching license (Tier 1-4)
Ability and willingness to teach the classical trivium and sequence model as defined by the school
The ability to speak and write clearly and effectively
Conviction in the values of a rigorous liberal-arts education
Ability to maintain an orderly classroom
