Hispanic Outreach Liaison
Qualifications:

Bilingual skills required. Spanish Required

Minimum high school diploma; preferably a 2- or 4-year degree, 60 credits of study at a higher education institution, or a score of 460 or higher on the ParaPro assessment.

Ability to work effectively with students and staff, demonstrating a cooperative working style and strong organizational skills.
Job Summary:

Foster positive relationships with Hispanic families to support student achievement.
General Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate supplemental state programs.

Translate documents for the district.

Serve as the district interpreter
-
Conduct home visits and contacts as needed.
-
Coordinate necessary outside services.
-
Monitor students to support district-wide behavioral expectations.
-
Attend meetings and training sessions as requested.
-
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position.
