Position Title:Â Â Health Care Specialist IV (LPN)
Locations: Â Forest Lake Area High School
Work Schedule:Â 6.5 hours per day, 5 days per week and 177 days per yearÂ
Qualifications: Â Â Minnesota Board of Nursing License required; experience with students with disabilities a plus.
Job Description: To provide health related services to students with disabilities. Log notes into data information system.
