Summary
Description
Paynesville Area Schools is seeking a Head Track & Field Coach for the 2024-2025 school year. The Head Track & Field Coach will be responsible for leading the Paynesville Area High School track & field team and program within the guidelines and philosophies of the Paynesville Area Schools Activities Department and the MSHSL. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of a track & field program with a strong tradition.
Qualifications:

Head coaching experience is preferred but not required.

Demonstrate behaviors that lead to socially acceptable character development, self-discipline, and pride for Bulldog Track & Field

Ability to build positive relationships with student-Athletes, staff, coaches and the community.

Comply and support all rules and regulations of the MSHSL and Paynesville Area Schools

Be an example of sportsmanship.

Maintain equipment and inventory of all equipment, including uniforms.

Possess knowledge of technique, training methods, and strategy for competitive track & field.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
