Food Service Technology/Customer Service Specialist

Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in school food service or food service technology related setting
- Advanced knowledge of food service equipment including but not limited to ovens, warmers, point of service, etc.
- Advanced customer service skills
- Knowledge of menu planning, implementation in a computerized system
- Ability to independently prioritize and execute tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Ability to manage and maintain a variety of schedules
- Ability to problem solve food service technology related issues
- Social perceptiveness and strong people skills
- Valid MN Drivers license
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair food service technology equipment including front and back-of the-house software
- Provide technology related customer service and troubleshooting support
- Manage food service inventory and follow district technology standards and practices
- Other duties as assigned
