Evening paid informational meetings starting in May 2023
Work Week:
We are looking to fill summer vacancies for our nine-week Extended Day and FLEX programs, which are open from 6:30am to 6:00pm weekdays from June through August. Work schedules can be flexible and tailored to accommodate other positions or course schedules.
Student Level:
Elementary and Middle School
Position Summary:
The Extended Day and FLEX programs provide enrichment opportunities for youth with diverse interests, talents, and perspectives. Extended Day Elementary programs provide enrichment and recreation opportunities for children and youth with diverse interests, talents, and perspectives. This position performs intermediate human support work assisting in planning, writing and implementation of youth activities. Responsibilities also include supporting student growth, group management, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the Out of School Time Site Supervisor.
Education and/or Experience:
High school Diploma or GED
Minimal experience working with school aged children
Special Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Department of Human Services training upon hire
