Summary
Description
Successful candidate will be responsible for light maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance in a large school setting, coaching and mentoring other custodial staff, cleaning assigned areas, assisting with set-ups, and various other duties; must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and be able to prioritize the needs of the building. Â

Qualifications:
- Candidates must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Possess basic maintenance skills
- Moderate computer proficiency desired.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- This position requires a 1st Class boiler license
Compensation: Roseville Schools offers a full benefit package including medical, dental and retirement. Starting pay for this position is $27.57 and includes shift differential pay of $60 per month.
