Description
 
The Building Supervisor is responsible for monitoring the front sign-in desk and assisting the public with building use and information; preparation of scheduled activities in our buildings including set-up of baskets, curtains, volleyball equipment, batting cages, tables, chairs, scoreboards, A/V equipment and other areas as needed. The Building Supervisor is responsible for opening and closing the facility on many occasions as well as interacting with user groups in person and over the phone.
 
Qualifications
 
Candidates must be 18 years of age, have graduated from high school or earned a GED, and be able to demonstrate the following skills, abilities, and personal characteristics: good oral communication skills; ability to organize and prioritize detailed procedures; ability to be flexible and stay calm under pressure; dependability; initiative; good personal public relations skills; and the ability to life 50 lbs. A successful candidate must have their own transportation and be able to travel between several District buildings to carry out assigned duties.
 
Salary: Per the Community Education Agreement: $17.81 – $22.34, DOE.
 
Hours: As needed for the year.
