Description

Job summary:  Daily lunch/recess supervision.  These tasks will constitute the major portion of the Educational Support Professional time.
 

Responsibilities and tasks include: 

  • Supervise students over lunch and recess.
  • Greet visitors, answer questions/concerns pertaining to the administrative function of the school; receive incoming calls from students, parents, etc.
  • Receive and authorize prearranged absence forms per school policy; record information and forward to attendance personnel.
  • Locate students, write passes and assign student helper to deliver in the event of a problem, concern or emergency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications include: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Persons employed shall have the skills needed to perform tasks and work with children, staff and parents.  Must have physical capability to lift and attend to physical needs of students as required.
  • Participation in district training program prior to and during employment.

Salary:  View Classification I (1) salary grid on page 4, section 2, and classification, page 5, section 2 on Educational Support Professional contract 

Job type or FTE: part-time; school year (temporary approximately December 8, 2022 through June 8, 2023)
