JOB DESCRIPTION
Career Pathways has an opening for a part-time ESL Teacher for the remainder of the 2024-25 school year. This teacher leader will assess and create lessons for our English Learner students, do parent outreach and parent nights, complete our WIDA testing and assist teachers with modifying lesson plans for ELL learners as needed. In addition to teaching, this teacher will also assist an advisory and be a part of the school leadership team. Experience a plus as is experience in an urban school setting. We serve children in grades 6 through 12.
Insurance: Included
Salary Range: Commensurate with Experience
Hours: afternoons
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current MN Teaching License with certification in English as a Second Language required. Career Pathways is willing to assist with licensure in some circumstances. Experience as a teacher and / or tutoring a plus.
