Elementary Paraprofessionals- (Multiple Positions Available)

Required:

High School Diploma or general education (GED) and ability to pass competency test or Two Year College Degree (AA).

 

Duties Include:

  • Servicing students in Special Education or ADSIS programming. Likely over a grade or two, but all paraprofessionals can cover Preschool-5th grade.

  • Working under the direction of the principal and special education case managers.

 

Most Successful Paraprofessionals are:

  • Self-Driven or Motivated

  • Positive in interactions with students and peer workers

  • Organized and on time

  • Able to jump in and work without directions at times as well as be able to receive direction.

  • Adaptable to needs in the moment
