We are currently seeking applications for exceptional Elementary Education (Long Term Substitute) – Spanish Speaking Teachers for Eagle Heights Spanish Immersion School.

  • – Bachelor’s Degree in education from an accredited college or university

  • – Applicants who will hold the following credentials by date of hire are welcome to apply.  We will work with applicants whose license is in process. 

    • Minnesota Teacher License – K – 5 Elementary Education (spanish Speaking).  The district is willing to work with applicants to request an out of field permission license as needed.

Compensation & Paid Leave

  • – Starting salary for BA: $46,248 and MA: $56,760.  Licensed teaching experience will be considered for higher placement.

  • – Performance Awards available

  • – Up to 12 sick days and up to 1.5 personal days of leave provided yearly

  • – Medical premiums are covered by the district up to 100% for individual plans and up to $1,169 per month toward family plans. Dental premiums are fully covered by the district for individual and family plans. District contributions to VEBA/HRA accounts for select medical plans.

  • – Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for pre-tax medical and dependent care


  • – 403b with a district match of up to 2.25% of annual salary
