Job Summary:
The Assessment Lead will assist with the coordination of the administration of local, state, and national tests under the supervision and general direction of the Director of Data & Accountability.

Qualifications: High school diploma, knowledge in using computer technology to keep records, and excellent human relations, and oral and written communication skills.

Pay and Benefits: Starting rate $21.54/hour- $26.50/hour depending on qualifications,  Competitive benefits based on the pay and benefits guide

Duty Days: 203 Duty Days (School Year + 10 Days), 7:00 a.m. –  3:30 p.m. (8 hours/day)  includes 9 paid holidays! 

Essential knowledge and specialized subject knowledge required to perform the essential functions of the job:

  • Excellent human relations, and oral and written communication skills.
  • Successful experience with students and understanding their needs.
  • Ability to respect, protect, and maintain the confidentiality of students, staff and families.
  • Knowledge in using computer technology to keep records.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage complicated procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Good judgment and decision making.
  • Ability to relate and communicate effectively with people of different cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
