Rate of Pay:
Starting hourly wage of $18.50/hour, pursuant to the Minnesota School Employee’s Association’s Collective Bargaining Agreement
Hours per Day:

170 days/year (all student days)
- Associate’s Degree or at least two years of post-secondary education (a minimum of 60 semester credits), or a passing score on the ParaPro assessment
- Experience working with elementary students
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Strong communication skills
