Summary:
With the focus to support and advance the Edina Public Schools’ mission, vision, and core values, the Early Learning Manager supports the planning, development, and implementation of high-quality early learning programs and services. The Early Learning Manager responsibilities include developing curriculum, summer programming, monitoring and implementing processes to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and supporting a positive educational environment.

Rate of Pay:Â Â Â Â Â Â
The salary for this position ranges from $83,595 to $98,172, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the salary range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate, up to the maximum of the salary range. Salary decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the individual’s experience and the district’s budget.

Qualifications Required / Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of related experience is required.
