Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Paraeducator

The Mankato School District has positions available for Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE) Paraeducators for the 2023-24 school year.

Summary of Duties: 
We are looking for paraeducators to assist in our daytime and/or evening ECFE classes. Positions available in classroom settings (assisting children, parents, and teachers during courses) as well as in our Sibling Care program. The position requires physical, behavioral, and developmental support in a classroom setting with children ages birth – 5.

Candidates must meet one of the following criteria to qualify for this position:

• 60-semester credits (or two years full-time at an institute of higher education)

• or an Associate’s degree (AA, AS, AAS) or a cut score of at least 460 on the ParaPro Assessment      

Pay:
Starting at $15.00 per hour.
