Concession Stand Supervisor(s)
This position may be filled by one or more persons willing to share the responsibilities listed below. 

General Definition of Work:
The Concession Stand Supervisor(s) supervises, manages, coordinates, and plans all activities that directly relate to the Concession Stand.

Essential Functions 

  • Supervise the concession stand for all home events
  • Direct concession workers for home events
  • Monitor the cash box and any product giveaways
  • Make popcorn and pizza
  • Sell concession items
  • Responsible for ordering and stocking the stand with concession stand products
  • Update product numbers for inventory numbers on Google sheets once the products arrive
  • Stock the stand with products prior to events
  • Clean the concession stand area immediately following events
  • Inventory concessions immediately after each event – restock coolers after each event
  • Lock up cabinets/door for concession stand
  • Enter inventory into Google Sheets for concessions
  • Signer for check requests for Letter Club products
  • May also need to secure and/or prep concession stands if outside groups are using the concession area for their event.
  • Assists in the responsibility of the care of equipment and facilities being used.
  • Other duties as assigned and appropriate.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – dependent on position
Knowledge of District Website; knowledge of concession stand equipment; ability to make arithmetic computations using whole numbers and decimals; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, students, parents, and elected officials.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Current district staff member preferred but not required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Physical Requirements
This work requires the occasional exertion of up to 50 pounds of force; work regularly requires sitting, speaking or hearing and using hands to finger, handle or feel and occasionally requires standing and walking; work requires close vision, distance vision, ability to adjust focus, depth perception, color perception, and peripheral vision; vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word; hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels; work requires preparing and analyzing written or computer data; work has exposure to environmental conditions; work is generally in a moderately noisy location (e.g. sporting events).
