The Fitness & Aquatic Center is looking for motivated individuals with a passion for fitness and wellness to guide clients interested in weight loss, muscle building and improving overall fitness through safe, effective and customized workout sessions. 

Employment at the FAC includes: flexible scheduling, competitive pay, sales and marketing assistance for trainers and a free membership!
 
Personal Trainer Responsibilites:

  • Assume the responsibility of training existing clients who are interested in improving their fitness, losing weight, building strength, endurance & flexibility in addition to expanding the personal training clientele.
  • Provide clients with safe exercise programs designed to effectively meet their individualized goals.
  • Give clients ample notice if you need to change appointment times and respond quickly to clients who must change their schedules.
  • Lead group fitness classes as needed.

Personal Trainer skills & training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science or related field preferred.
  • Personal Training certification required.
  • Must have current, valid CPR certification.
  • 2+ years of experience in personal training preferred.
  • Ability to perform exercises and demonstrations for clients.
  • Experience as a Group Fitness instructor preferred.Â
