Job Summary:Â
- Greet students, staff and volunteers
- Answer Phones
- Schedule Appointments
- Help problem solve tech issues for online students
- Keep sub calendar and find subs
- Send out class cancelation alerts
- Make student badges
- Support teachers and administration
- Upload data into SID
- Send out daily updates to staff
- Other office projects
Qualifications:Â
- Experience working with Google and Microsoft suites
- Good technology skills
- Strong human relation skills
- Strong telephone skills
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions
- Accuracy and attention to details
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work with a diverse population
- Works well independently and in teams
- Bilingual speakers in Somali are encouraged to apply
