Community Education Director

Delano Public Schools is seeking a highly qualified Community Education Director to support the learning needs of our growing community. The Director will lead a team of program coordinators in developing, managing, and evaluating a comprehensive Community Education program. Program areas include early childhood, childcare, youth and adult enrichment and recreation, aquatics, use of school facilities, and the Tiger Activity Center. 

POSITION DETAILS:

Start Date: July 1, 2025
Salary Range: $115,000 – $135,000
Benefits: Health Insurance Contribution, Dental, Life, and LTD.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required: MN Community Education Director License and a minimum of 3 years related experience
