Position Dates:  October 30, 2024 – February 22, 2025
Salary:  Based on CEA Master Agreement

Qualifications/Requirements: Provide leadership in the overall operation of the Chaska & Chanhassen’s High School Girls Hockey program.

  • Minnesota Head Coaching Certification/Licensure
  • Hockey knowledge/coaching experience
  • Good Communication skills; respect/recognition of youth needs, interest and accomplishment
  • Development of a comprehensive hockey program including by working in coordination with the AD in the following areas:
    • Parental Organization/Organization of Parent Pre-season meeting
    • Working with Youth Organizations
    • Equipment/Uniforms
    • Budget
    • Transportation
    • Fundraising
    • End of Season Banquet
    • Daily practice schedule
    • Game scheduling
    • Monitor student-athletes academic progress
    • Public Relations
    • Staffing of lower level and assistant coaches
    • Attendance at Conference and Section Coaches meetings
    • Preparation and promotion of athletes for a post high school experience
