Start Date: August 22, 2024
Position Days/Hours: Monday – Friday; 6:30am – 9:30am and 2:30pm – 5:30pm; Year-Round
Salary:  $21.15/hr. (Tier 4)
  *An extra $29.39/day will be earned when working a split shift on student contact days*
Responsible To:  Child Care Specialist and Director of Community Education
 
Position Purpose:  Plan lessons and activities for care program.   Supervise and engage with students and assist in program management and staff oversight. 
Major Job Functions/Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:  See attachment.
Qualifications:  Current first aid certification (have or willing to obtain); experience working with elementary aged children.
 

Benefits of Employment:  Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Student Support Staff (MSEA Association) and District 112. This position is eligible for overtime and comp time.
