Qualifications:
- Coaching experience is preferred but not required.
- Demonstrate behaviors that lead to socially acceptable character development, self-discipline, and Bulldog pride.
- Ability to build positive relationships with student-Athletes, staff, coaches and the community.
- Comply and support all rules and regulations of the MSHSL and Paynesville Area Schools.
- Be an example of sportsmanship.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
