Description: Moose Lake ISD #97 is seeking a Business Manager/Director of Finance with a start date of February/March 2025. This is a 40 hour per week year-round position with some evening and weekend hours possible. Salary is negotiable based on credentials and experience (est. $60,000-$70,000). Benefits package includes insurances, retirement and paid leave.
Responsibilities: Prepare annual budget, forecast revenues, keep abreast of legal requirements and propose changes if necessary, submit financial reporting for state and federal programs, control cash flow management, prepare bank reconciliations, prepare work papers for annual financial audit, supervise payroll and accounts payable, provide cost analysis for collective bargaining negotiations, coordinate and manage the accounting and financial systems, and fulfill all other areas of school district accounting.
