Building Supervisor Sub

Required Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to work and interact with personnel and public
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to interpret building schedules or permits
• Dependable and punctual
• Flexible
• Demonstrates effective customer service/human relations skills
• Good problem solving skills 

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPR and First Aid certification
• Knowledge of School District 622
• Knowledge of Community Education

Responsibilities:

• Open and close district buildings as scheduled for Community Education sponsored program activities, public use, and other district functions
• Monitor all activities insuring that facility users are in compliance with guidelines listed in the Facility Use Procedures booklet
• Assist adult enrichment instructors and permit holders as needed
• Set up areas and requested equipment as directed and reset areas following activities such as sport practices, concerts, enrichment classes, and other special events
• Light cleaning and trash removal for evening and weekend events and classes.
• Communicate with and develop good rapport with head engineers, custodians, and other building staff
• Thoroughly complete and return all forms including facility use logs, accident/incident reports, and maintenance observations in a timely manner
• Report any damage, vandalism or other problems/issues to the Facility Use Coordinator
• Perform all other related duties as assigned by the Facility Use Coordinator
