Building Supervisor

Position Description:
Building Supervisors are responsible for overseeing community activities in ISD 192 buildings outside of school hours; providing quality customer service to various clients and organizations renting facilities; being a point of contact for Activities during out of school time.  Shall work with the activities instructional staff and provide appropriate assistance in setting up classrooms registrations, etc.

Primary Duties:
Arrive prior to facility users
Serve as host to facility users:
 Direct them to their building spaces.
 Review expectations of building users with the user.
 Assure that the user has what they need for their activity.
Be accessible to the building user at all times.
Communicate custodial needs to building custodian.
Provide passive supervision of individuals in the building as needed.
Inform custodial staff when the activity is done
Communicate issues/concerns to the Facilities Coordinator.

Hours: 
Various:3-4 hrs, 4-5 days per week
 

Qualifications:  
Be 19 years of age or older
High School diploma or equivalent
Provide a work history that shows reliability, good attendance and trustworthiness 
Be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes night and some weekend hours
Pass a mandatory criminal background check
Training will be provided
