Qualifications/Experience:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Previous customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Knowledge and awareness of District Policies and procedures; ability to communicate effectively and resolve problems; follow written and verbal instructions; maintain positive, effective, and professional working relationships with associates and general public.
Exemplifies the following Five Character Traits: compassion, respect, responsibility, self discipline and honesty.Â
Specific Tasks:
Ensure buildings and rooms are unlocked and relocked for authorized permit holders.Â
Warmly greet and direct community members as they arrive.
Problem solve any issues that may arise with permits or user needs.
Help locate reserved equipment for users if necessary.Â
Monitor the activity and behavior of users to ensure they are in the appropriate part of the building and following all District Policies and Procedures.
Ensure the reserved space is returned to its original condition; furniture is in its proper place and any trash is picked up and disposed of.

Attend required in-service training.

Hours Per Day:
Hours vary based on community use of buildings. Position is typically nights and/or weekend shifts.
