Special Education | District Wide | Available: Fall 2022 | Closing: Open Until Filled


The Shakopee School District is seeking a 1.0 FTE Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2022-2023 school year. 
The BCBA is a part of a district wide Special Services Student Support Team. This team will work in conjunction with teachers, administrators, paraprofessionals and students to support the behavior and social emotional needs of special education programs. 

Job Summary:
BCBA to work as part of a district wide Special Services Student Support Team
Provide professional development and coaching to special education case managers and paraeducators
Develop interventions and strategies to support students
Assist in program development
Provide supervision and support to district student support specialists
Analysis of student behavior 

BCBA Certification
Experience working in school settings preferred
Ability to build successful relationships with students, parents and staff

Working Conditions:
Classroom, office, standing, sitting, lifting, pushing, pulling , keyboarding, etc.
