Hours Per Day: 7.25

Duty Days Per Year:  172, plus an additional 6 days possible for Saturday School

Supervisor of Position:  Doug Austin, Principal

Qualifications: 

  • High school diploma
  • Minimum 2-year college degree
  • Experience working with behavior intervention

Summary of Duties:  

  • Assist administration in providing a Behavior Intervention Program that promotes positive behavior.
  • Conduct interventions that assist students with academic and behavior goals.
  • Identify and report student behavior issues to the appropriate staff.
  • Work closely with school administration, teachers and support staff to decrease behavioral issues.  
  • Assist students with problem resolution skills to improve overall student achievement.
  • Monitor attendance and assist students in improving attendance on a daily basis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
