POSITION AVAILABLE:  Behavior Analyst
 
POSITION LOCATION: Southwest West Central Service Cooperative (SWWC) with placement at The READY Clinic – Pipestone, MN.
 
POSITION SUMMARY:  Provides services to The READY Clinic, conducts assessments, develops individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the QSP, and identifies teaching targets.
 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:  Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, provides staff training and support to implement at The READY Clinic; provides technical coaching and in-service training for Behavior Therapist and Behavior Therapy Assistants on principles of applied behavior analysis; provides parent training and coaching; conducts regular reviews on progress of ITP and goals.
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  Master’s Degree required and must have or be willing to obtain Board Certified Behavior Analyst Certification.  The applicant must also have a valid Driver’s License.
 
CONTRACT/SALARY:  221-days to begin November 7, 2022.  Salary dependent upon education, qualifications, and experience.  Excellent benefits.
