BECC (Blattner Energy Community Center) Supervisor

-Multiple positions.
-Flexible schedules to work around activities/other commitments

Hours Available (September 9 – November 3): 
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Sunday: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm

Hours Available (November 4, 2024 – April 27, 2025): 
Monday-Friday: 4:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
 

Position Purpose
The BECC Supervisor works closely with the Community Education Coordinator and Community Education Director to ensure a safe and positive environment for all users at the BECC. 

Essential Functions

• Provide supervision of the BECC and all immediate surroundings
• Set up and take down necessary equipment
• Receive registration and payments from patrons and monitor use by patrons
• Communicate openly with building custodians, staff, Community Education personnel and outside organizations
• Ensure areas are well-maintained and all safety concerns are addressed immediately
• Other duties as assigned

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of payment and demographic information
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision

Physical and Mental Demands, Work Hazards

• Ability to lift thirty pounds.

Salary and Benefits
Starting Wage: $11.00 per hour
