Auditorium Technician

Hours:    
Varies – Less than 20 hours per week
Hours are mainly weeknight evenings and weekends.

Salary:
Starting pay $14.52-$19.37
*Wage placement based on similar experience

Required Experience:

• Must be at least 16 years old

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.

• Familiar with Auditorium technologies preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Auditorium Technicians will be the primary on site point of contact for rental customers and will assist customers in event setup. Technicians will set up and operate lights, sound, and AV equipment at school auditoriums. Events will include plays, musicals, concerts, dance competitions/recitals, cultural events, and more. Training will be provided on auditorium equipment.

Working Conditions:
Auditorium events are often loud with dim lighting and potentially flashing lighting.
