Assistant Head Cook

ASSISTANT HEAD COOK

Position Description:

• Delano High School has an opening for an assistant head cook.
• Prepares meals according to cycle menus
• Participates in cleaning and serving rotation

Position Requirements:

• Quantity cooking experience preferred
• Computer Skills
• Time Management Skills
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs. 
• Ability to work in hot/cold kitchen. 

Licensure Requirements:  Must have a current Certified Food Protection Manager license or the ability to obtain the license within 90 days of hire.  

Hours: 6:30 AM to 1:30 PM Monday through Friday during the school year.
