Description: The World Learner School is searching for an Assistant Director for the 2025-26 school year. World Learner School is a Montessori Charter School in Chaska, MN that serves children in grades 1-8. We are looking for an Assistant Director to serve our students in grades 1-8.
Rate of pay is commensurate with the individual’s experience. The position is full time, follows the teacher calendar + one day per week during the summer, and is benefit eligible.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
* Valid Minnesota Teaching license, Tier 3 or 4
* Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience
* Completed Science of Reading Training (or will be required to start at the beginning of the school year)
Preferred Candidates:
* Completed Montessori Training (or is willing to complete)
