Assistant Dance Coach

Position Information:

• Responsible for assisting in the day to day activities for the Dance Team
• Fulfill responsibilities of an Assistant Coach in accordance with the MSHSL training and guidelines and in accordance with program values as directed by the Head Coach and Activities Director
• Previous high school coaching experience preferred
• Ability to motivate athletes in an educationally based atmosphere
• Strong knowledge and experience in skill development, communication techniques and conflict resolution
• Focus on promoting leadership in the program and community
• Partnership with youth association to develop proper skill development
• Dedication to a culture and vision that promotes furthering the benefits of co-curricular activities

Pay Rate:

• Compensation will be in accordance with Schedule C of the Teacher Master Agreement
