Position: Assistant Coach – JV and B-Squad Dance Team

Work Schedule: 3:00pm – 6:30pm (Will be dependent on meet and practice schedules)

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: Per agreement with the Dance Team Booster Club

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts Degree
• Previous dance team coaching experience at the studio, youth, high school, or collegiate level.
• Excellent communication skills when dealing with students, staff and community.

Responsibilities:
Support the JV and B-Squad head coach in a variety of areas such as practices, meets/invitationals, individual and team skill development, as well as following up with the students as it relates to their academics. We desire that this individual is available to be involved in the tryout process and team formation. We are looking for a positive role model that has a passion for teaching the game of softball along with supporting the students academically.
