Position Overview:Â Administrative Assistant Level IV -Long Term Substitute
Hours/Day: 8 hours/M-F
Days/Year: For the term of the substitute position

Primary Responsibilities:Â
- This position reports directly to the Director of Community Education and supports community education program areas including but not limited to ALC, ABE, The Senior Center, Youth Enrichment, Adult Enrichment, and Early Childhood.
- Assist the administrator by providing students, staff and community with knowledgeable and professional administrative support services, in addition to data management, student tracking, budget management and working with various technology applications in an efficient and timely manner so that overall district educational objectives may be achieved.
- Preference for a candidate with experience in ALC programming and multilingual skills, preferably Somali and/or Spanish language.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of post-secondary education, 4 year degree preferred or any combination of applicable experience and education
- 3-5 years of previous office, computer and accounting if applicable
- 2 years of experience in a school environment desired
- 2-3Â years of previous experience with a 4 year degree
