Primary Responsibilities:Â
- Provide Advanced Learning instruction focused on helping our students to be future ready by embedding into our instruction the 4 Cs of 21st Century Learning: Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity.
- Provide Research projects focus on inquiry and creating solutions to real-world problems.
- Implement K-5 Pathways experiences.
- Utilize instructional resources and technology equitably.
Embrace and encourage all members of the school community - Foster a supportive environment for individual growth
- Understand personal biases impacting the learning environment
- Value cultural diversity and adapt education accordingly
- Prepare students for future challenges through rigorous academics
- Develop a culture of trust where all stakeholders shape decisions

License / Education Requirements:Â
- MN teaching license required
- Experience working cross-culturally and/or commitment to work toward improving one’s own cultural competence, i.e., valuing difference/diversity, recognizing personal limitations and one’s skills and expertise, and having the desire to learn in these areas
