Position Information:

The Administrative Office Assistant to the Activities Department is responsible for providing a wide variety of administrative support and recordkeeping functions and responsibilities including; preparing purchase orders, vouchers and online purchases for areas of responsibility;  support of the Activities Director; support for multiple coaches and advisors as assigned, and other related activities and functions.

  • Full-time 52-week, 8 hours/day contract
  • B23, hourly wage range $22.33-$23.72 dependent upon experience
  • 2 weeks paid vacation per year starting in year 1

Qualifications:

  • One year of college preferred
  • Computer skills and proficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to take directives and complete tasks
  • Ability to work independently
  • Adept at multi-tasking
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
