Location: NCEC
Scheduled hours/days: M-F 8-12:30.
Qualifications: State of Minnesota Teaching license in Early Childhood Special Education. 
Pay Rate/Range: NEA Agreement BA-$55,441 – MA40-$91,619. Base pay DOQ
Deadline: Open Until Filled — EOE (1/6/2025) Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check. 

Responsibilities: Develops and provides specialized instruction to meet the academic, functional, and behavioral needs of students who require special education services in a preschool classroom for students with cognitive disabilities. Services may be provided in special education settings and general education settings. Evaluates and assesses student academic, functional, and behavioral progress; functions as IEP Manager to assigned students and completes all due process requirements. Directs the work of Educational Assistants and collaborates with other service providers and educators. Communicates with parents/guardians.
