At New City, each day begins with "Crew," where students gather with a teacher guide for vital support, team-building activities, and dedicated efforts towards anti-racist and inclusive practices. With a deliberate emphasis on small class sizes and the infusion of arts across the curriculum, we foster a vibrant and inclusive community among both students and staff. Our unwavering commitment to a growth mindset permeates every aspect of our school culture, empowering our students to thrive not only through high school but beyond, contributing to the creation of a brighter and more equitable future city.
