Bemidji School District is seeking a Site Coordinator at Bemidji Middle School, for their 21ST Century Community Learning Centers multi-year grant program. This position is for 6-12 hours per week for 35 weeks with a $30.00 hourly rate of pay. Applicants must possess a teaching license.

Responsibilities:
The site coordinator will oversee staff assignments and professional development, lead student recruitment efforts and coordinate logistics of their site, and maintain collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, including students, their families, school, staff, and the community. Site coordinators will be responsible for compiling daily data from each site, as well as fulfilling individual site needs.
Program Overview:
The 21st Century Community Learning Center program operates Monday through Friday at three sites during both the school year and summer for students in grades Kindergarten through 12. The focus of the program is literacy, academic enrichment, and family educational engagement. Activities will vary slightly by grade level, but all three centers will have academic enrichment and tutoring, social-emotional learning activities, arts and language enrichment activities, and nutrition education and physical movement activities. In addition, a major component of the program will be monthly family engagement events with a focus on literacy.
