Social Worker or Psychologist: Camp Summer/Summer U 2025
Closing Date: Candidates will be reviewed upon submission with selection starting no sooner than five days following the posting. The position will remain open until a suitable candidate has been found. Â
Salary Range/Hourly Rate:Â $40/hr
Dates:Â Â Prep/PD week of June 30th. Programming will run from July 7th to July 31st, 2025.Â
Work Days/Times: Programming days and times: Mon-Thurs from 7:45am-2:30pm. 30 minutes of prep time each day will be scheduled in the daily hours. Can be taken before or after programming times listed previously. (Dates, times and location may change based on student and/or District needs) Availability from 12:30pm to 2:30pm during afternoon enrichment time will be based on site need.Â
Student Level:Â Elementary and Middle School
Proposed Site(s):Â Camp Summer Elementary: North Star, Otter, Vadnais
Summer U Middle School: Lincoln
Position Summary:
The White Bear Lake Area Schools is currently seeking a Social Worker/Psychologist to work in our Camp Summer and Summer U programs. Performs professional work assessing and delivering instructional services to individual and small groups of students with social-emotional or behavioral needs. Work is performed under the limited supervision of Student Support Services Administrators. 2 positions are available and there will be the ability to collaborate as a team to support all 4 sites. Â
Education and /or Experience
Licensed as a School Psychologist or Social WorkerÂ
Special Requirements:
Minnesota Psychologist or Social Work License.Â
Experience working with White Bear Lake Area Schools preferred.Â
